Position Overview:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with web/interactive experience to join our Digital Marketing team with a focus on email production . The Email Designer will be working in a team-driven environment with smart and talented designers, copywriters, developers, and marketing. The Graphic Designer must be proactive in applying creative problem solving with email design to ensure marketing goals are achieved in a brand-appropriate way. The position will commence as a temporary position with the opportunity to transition to regular employment status.
Job Responsibilities:
Create design concepts for email marketing campaigns with a high-level of the best practices in mind
Collaborate cross functionally to meet business goals and ensure designs implemented aligns with company’s weekly initiatives
Maintain consistency of messaging and approach within projects and campaigns
Stay current with changes in technology and demonstrate technical competence
Prepare files to be used for email development
Job R equirement s:
At least 3 years’ experience of design in an agency/e-commerce/retail space
BA or BFA in Graphic Design or Marketing, or equivalent experience
Proficient in Adobe Suite- InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat
Being able to code HTML a huge plus
Detail oriented and extremely organized
Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time
Exceptional critical and conceptual thinking skills
