Senior Business Consultant – Result Measurement

As a Business Consultant-Results Measurement, you will assist in the set-up and operationalisation of the monitoring and result measurement system for a selected number of interventions based on the DCED standard for results measurement. Together with one or more Business Consultants – RM, you will be responsible for assuring the quality of this system and for guiding the Business Consultants – RM in his/her task support the Portfolio Teams in their regular monitoring activities (articulating result chains and respective indicators for measurement; identifying, quantifying and verifying milestones and targets; developing monitoring plans; collecting data; analysing the result, learning, planning and reporting); enhancing the strategic decision making and learning processes; building the capacity of the portfolio team and the Business Consultant – RM to apply the DCED standard for results measurement in designing and implementing the interventions; supporting the Business Consultants-RM in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, leading research initiatives, ensuring proper use of research tools and methods, and assisting sector teams with research design and analysis where necessary. You will also work closely with the MIS Manager to develop the management information system for Result Measurement.
