Position Overview:
FR USA seeks a highly motivated professional to assist and support our growing Human Resources team. This role involves the coordination of compensation, benefits and performance management programs across all US brands, working on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, budgeting and implementation of new programs. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for administering/coordinating annual compensation planning, market analysis, the performance management cycle and benefits administration. This position will also support the guidance to line and HR management regarding compensation and benefits for all US Brands.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, be well-organized, detail-oriented, and flexible. This position will be located in our Lyndhurst, NJ and New York office and will report into the Director, Compensation.


Job Responsibilities:
Benefits

Administer employee benefits programs such as retirement plans; basic hospital, medical, surgical, and major medical plans; term life insurance plans; temporary disability programs; and accidental death policies.

Evaluate and compare existing company benefits with those of other employers by analyzing other plans, surveys, and other sources of information. Plans, develops, and/or participates in area and industry surveys. Analyzes results of surveys and develops specific recommendations for review by management.

Install approved new plans and changes by preparing announcement material, and other media for communicating new plans to employees. Conducts employee meetings, revises and reissues all communications material on benefits from time to time. Advises and counsels management and employees on existing benefits.

Handle benefit inquiries and complaints to ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution. Maintains contact in person, and by phone or mail, with hospitals, physicians, insurance companies, employees, and beneficiaries to facilitate proper and complete utilization of benefits for all employees.

Lead the funding and reconciliation of various benefit programs which include Transit, FSA, HSA and 401(k).

Educate employees on benefit and wellness programs during new hire orientation.

Maintain employee benefits portal – system upgrades, benefit enhancements, troubleshooting.

Process monthly invoices for all benefit plans.

Special projects and tasks, as assigned.


Compensation

Lead the execution of the Performance Management Cycle.

Support the Director, Compensation and business partners with compensation information, analyses and recommendations.

Conduct research, analysis and reports on market competitiveness and make recommendations on best practices.

Assist in the evaluation of new and revised positions.

Conducts ad-hoc research and modeling in support of project assignments including presentation of findings and recommendations.

Support the development of compensation and performance management documentation and communication.

Assists with bi-annual compensation planning cycle and calculate various incentive plans.

Provides education to HR and business on performance management and new compensation programs.

Assist recruiting teams across all departments with compensation expectations during hiring process.

Supervise the participation of both exempt and nonexempt salary surveys to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.


Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree

3 – 5 years’ experience in analysis, design and/or administration of compensation and/or benefits programs

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Strong customer service and client focus with outstanding judgment

Microsoft Office with advanced skill in Excel; good written and verbal communication skills.

ADP or Workday HRIS experience is a plus
