Salary: £20,000 starting basic (this can increase £1,000 every 6 months up until 2014 on proviso of successful completion of appraisals)

JOB DESCRIPTION-
Graphic Design:
• Producing 3D visualisations of innovative experiential marketing campaign event areas for brands.
• Devising and designing digital and printed marketing collateral for marketing campaigns.
Website Updates:
• Website design, copywriting, page updates, article creation, case study updates and feature expansion.
• Reviewing website performance, tracking analytics and enhancing user experience.
• Social network strategy creation, implementation, maintenance and expansion.
Search Engine Optimisation:
• Website directory updates, linkage expansion, tracking of SEO performance.
• Creation of key word heavy blogging, news articles and on page optimisation.
• Adwords campaign management, tracking and optimisation.
Newsletters & Direct Mail:
• Creation of monthly and seasonal calendar of industry specific targeted newsletters.
• Use of HTML emails and tracking of receipt / readership with follow ups.
• Creation of high impact, targeted printed direct mail pieces to closely targeted user groups with follow ups.
Customer Database Management:
• Segmentation, updating, expansion and cleansing of the existing and prospective customer databases.
• Setting up bi-monthly touch points with all customers to re-establish contact and understand requirements.
• Researching and contacting new leads for database expansion and direct contact.
Customer Networking:
• Attending networking events, conferences and exhibitions for face to face marketing opportunities.
• Obtaining referrals and testimonials from customers or industry contacts.
Public Relations:
• Attain press coverage in relevant trade titles, industry media and business publications.
• Creation of news stories and award submissions from campaign wins.
• Advance awareness and input into relevant editorial features lists from all industry specific titles.
New Business:
• Creation of appealing activity proposals for prospective activity, bespoke for each client and industry sector.
• Pitching for business, meeting clients face to face and delivering presentations.
• Revising and updating the company credentials presentation.
• Trade journal analysis, scanning for opportunities from new product developments, campaign wins and hires.
Annual Marketing Calendar:
• Creation of an annual marketing calendar identifying timings and spend for all marketing tasks.
• Providing marketing initiatives which maximise opportunities from seasonal industry trends.
Team Management:
• To recruit and train a network of assistants and placements for efficient implementation of basic marketing tasks.
• Providing direction and creative implementation of the head office working environment.
• Creation and organisation of photographic image library.
