My client are a leading manufacturer of speciality cakes and confectionarys which they supply to all the major multiple retailers as well as the food services industry.

They are currently recruiting for a Technical Manager for one of their sites in the Northwest.

You will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the technical team, as well as performance management.

You will be the technical reference point for all customers and the technical team.

You will be experienced with HACCP principles and will have the ability to ensure the site continues to attain an excellent grade following BRC audit.

You must also have experience of customer audits and will ensure the technical team have a good understanding of the requirements.

You will also have previous experience of working in a technical capacity with simialr products.
