2nd Line Support Helpdesk...

Balfor Recruitment is currently recruiting for a 2 Second Line Helpdesk Support Analyst to work for one of our Housing clients for a 3 month contract based in the West Midlands.

The role of the 2 Second Line Support Analyst will be to provide 2nd line IT system support to users. You will manage incidents through to resolution, ensure incidents are resolved in a timely manner, and be proactive in contributing to teamwork and cross-functional working. You will be providing continuous support to ensure smooth operational running of the service.

It is essential that the 2nd Line Support Analyst must have extensive experience working within a 2nd line support role. You must be able to work on your own initiative. Candidates must have experience working with in a Windows environment. Experience working in an ITIL environment would be advantageous.
