Job Description

Your role as a Mortgage Advisor, will be branch based in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, which is the ideal place in which to strike up a rapport with new and existing customers. As an in branch Mortgage Advisor, you’ll be responsible for all Mortgage and Associated Life Insurance and protection business within the branch, assisted with strong admin support and in some cases a Trainee to assist in conjunction with an extensive state of the art IT system.

As with all bancassurance positions, your success will depend on how well you communicate with the branch staff, offering training, advice and support to maximise the referral process.

Working within a recognised financial institution with an active database of clients and high levels of walk in business, will automatically supply you with a flow of quality leads for arranging appointments, assisted by a customer advisor team.

Person Specification

My client are looking for an enthusiastic & ambitious fully CeMap qualified (or equivalent) Mortgage Advisors who exceed their sales targets to write mortgage and protection business across the company’s diverse and competitive product range.

If you are CeMap qualified (or equivalent), highly motivated, sales driven with a strong focus on customer service and building relationships with your clients and colleagues, this could be the opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate with be offered a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 with uncapped earning potential through mortgage and insurance sales bonuses.
