RGN - Home Manager
Base Pay:
£27,000 - £30,000 /Year
Up to 25% bonus plus 30 days annual leave and public holidays
Bond Recruitment are looking for an RGN Home Manager the Home is Good rated and is a 68 bedded home providing residential services. Main care is Dementia Older Adults
As the home manager you will be responsible for managing the business which has a turnover of
over £1 million , you will lead a team of 48 and be responsible for ensuring the whole facility operates effectively and of course ensuring we deliver the very best quality care.
The Home Manager for the Care Home does not need to be a registered nurse but should have the minimum of an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care.
