Sales & Business Relationship Manager P/T - 3 days a week...

Do you want to work slightly outside of central Bah in a stunning location for a small yet highly niche company in the leisure industry?

Our client is looking for a mature and highly motivated PART TIME person to work within a small team for ideally 3 days a week or 21 hours spread over 5 days.

Your daily duties and responsibilities will include:

Writing, developing and managing a sales plan with actions to achieve agreed objectives
Talking to guests by phone and email to understand what it is they need from their experience
Answering phone calls coming into the office
Managing and co-ordinating all parts of the sales process, including prospecting, needs analysis, presenting, handling objections and close.
Sending follow up emails, making follow up calls, relationship building, communicating clearly and effectively to enquiries and leads by phone and email.
Delivering outstanding customer service by phone and email including responding to queries and information requests
Working closely with Marketing on planning and co-ordinating sales campaigns
Initiating and co-ordinating sales campaigns using ACT! database
Keeping aware of competitors
Achieving agreed sales targets
Assisting and working with the Sales and Marketing Director

For this one off role you will need:
• A genuine interest in the English countryside
• It literacy
• Patience
• Experience using email
• A mature attitude and work ethic
• Good attitude, discipline and persistence and desire to succeed
• Self motivated as well as enjoying working as part of a small team

Experience

• Outstanding communication skills, both written (email) and verbal
• Excellent sales experience in all areas of the sales process, prospecting, lead development, needs analysis, presenting, objection handling and closing
• Experience in building and managing relationships with customers
• Outstanding planning and prioritising skills and excellent time management skills
• Experience in any of the following an advantage, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, ACT! database
