Customer Service Advisor...
We are looking to recruit a number of Contact Centre Agents to work for our client based in Thornaby, Teesside. These positions are to start immediately on a temp basis initially for 2 months.
Duties will involve taking incoming calls from existing customers and other teams in the business regarding mortgages, loans etc. You will also be required to upsell different packages and gain sales leads from the back of these calls.
Ideal candidates will have worked in a similar role and have fantastic customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner. Good IT knowledge is also required. The company will be conducting pre-employment security and credit checks and candidates must have 3 years checkable work or academic references.
Days and hours of work are: Full time - 35 hours/week, Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-2pm.
