Signet Trading Ltd are offering you the opportunity to join one of our successful Store Management teams as an Assistant Manager.
Signet recognises that our store staff are the most important aspect of our brands and our success. This designate opportunity is our way to get people like you, future talent into the business! This is a permanent role and we will invest in you and give you the training and knowledge you need to take on a management role as soon as one becomes available in the area for example in Telford.
The Role:
As an Assistant Manager you will help support your Store Manager and your team to deliver amazing customer service and financial results.
•You will get involved in one to one selling using your knowledge and passion for the product to help our customers. You will assist in visual merchandising using our guides to display our products.
•A key part of the role is motivating and helping to support the development of your team members so that together your store is successful. As a manager you have the opportunity to boost your earnings through a store bonus related to your stores KPI success!
•Once you are fully trained you will gain excellent store management experience as you will get the opportunity to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
The Training:
•We have an award winning Learning and Development team who have helped to develop a training programme that you will embark on to learn all about our products and what it takes to be a successful manager in our business. This means you don’t need to be a jeweller to work for us but we do hope you are passionate about what we sell like we are.
•You will travel to stores in your area to learn about the role from your peers! As established Store Managers they will be selected to support you in your training as they are great at what they do and so best placed to share their knowledge with you so you can be just as successful.
•We will also support you to gain a recognised jewellery qualification so that you understand our products even better!
