Position

• Work as part of a dynamic team and have the responsibility for all day-to-day aspects of sales/operational management.
• As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of circa 15+ recruiters across multiple sectors including Commercial / Call Centre / Industrial including Key Accounts team etc…
• Through the achievement of operational excellence, your key objectives will be to increase local market share, maintain profitability and drive sales activity within your branches
• Additionally your success will be recognised and rewarded further in line with the achievement of predetermined goals and objectives

Requirement

• A demonstrable track record of managing and developing large recruitment teams to achieve targets
• Be self motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results.
• Experience of managing and controlling budgets - P&L
• Your strong and consistent proactive new business development achievements and proven client facing communication skills are guaranteed to ensure your success.
