Endless Mobile is seeking an Inside Sales Manager who will quickly, aggressively, and creatively help us sell our product to a diverse set of clients. You will join our growing global sales team and work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment where you’ll have autonomy to own and lead your own Inside Sales group. You will recruit an outsourced Inside Sales team to identify and follow sales leads for a high volume of sales prospects, building relationships and closing deals from scratch. You are motivated by closing deals, no matter how big or small, and love to use data to understand what you must do to improve. You can design an approach, prioritize effectively, evaluate its success, and you have no trouble or ego in redirecting it until you get it right.
The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in successful inside sales and management experience in a growing global company.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop our inside sales strategy, working together with our head of growth to align priorities with the rest of the global sales team
Identify and manage our outsourced inside sales team, leading them to successfully deliver on individual, team, and company goals
Prioritize and follow up on all critical leads
Aggressively chase your own deals from start to finish and deliver against sales targets
Develop our sales pitch and process and refine it as you learn what works
Create and maintain our sales software platform to track all leads and sales
Spend 50% time making cold calls and creating new leads
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of inside sales management experience
Successful track record of managing a sales team and delivering sales
Experience selling a new and innovative product
Comfort working in a fast-moving ambiguous environment with teams and partners in different countries and time zones
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships both inside and outside of Endless
Passion for making an impact in the developing world
Bachelor’s degree required
