Our firm focuses on process improvement at the operational level and provides sustainable improvements to increase the profitability of organizations. We work collaboratively with front-line employees and managers to re-design business processes, workflow systems, and behavior deficiencies to develop effective change management solutions that are sustainable. Trindent typically delivers a 5:1 ROI to our clients and achieves profit improvement without making any recommendations for capital investment. If our clients are not cash flow positive by the end of the project, we return our professional services fees.

We offer an exciting entrepreneurial environment, with the opportunity to work on diverse projects that are typically in North America and Asia-Pacific.
