Detailed Description

McKinsey is looking for a program manager to work on project development. The broad objective of the programme is to catalyse increased private investment and public-private partnerships in sustainable forestry and agriculture.

The responsibilities of the program manager will include :
Assist in program set up

Assist in program operations

Support business development activities

Desired Skills


At least 3 years’ experience at major contractor in the development space

Experience working with development aid organisations (e.g., DFID, USAID, Ausaid, Europaid etc.)

Excellent industry network

Willingness to be in target country for several weeks ( Ethiopia, Indonesia, etc.)

Good negotiation/business development skills

Impact focus (vs. commercial), cultural fit with McKinsey

Based in London or Ethiopia or Indonesia
