The Company:
a construction company is seeking a Sales Manager
The Role:
• Identify and establish new business opportunities
• Organise sales visits and presentations to clients
• Enhance business relationships with existing clients and key accounts
• Preparation of tenders, proposals and quotations
• Providing pre-sales and after-sales support, where applicable
• Negotiation of contracts, terms and conditions in favour of Company
• Reviewing cost and sales performance regularly
• Writing reports and sales literature (Brochures, Advertisements, Presentations etc)
• Providing education and advice on Company’s offerings to the Indonesian construction/industrial/logistics market and relevant government authorities
• Organise and represent Company at trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Ensuring that agreed sales and revenue targets are met
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in Building / Engineering / Business / Marketing
• At least 5 years full time experience selling technical services in a multinational environment, preferably in the construction/logistics/industrial industries
• Fluent oral and written Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to speak and write in English.
• Competent computer literacy and good presentation skills.
• Demonstrates a commitment to business integrity and quality
• An extrovert character who is aggressive in sales and follow ups with customers
• Possess excellent initiative and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Possess good contacts and networks in the Indonesian construction/logistics/industrial markets
• Possess strong abilities to influence the market at key levels
• Regular domestic travel with some regional travel may be required
