Food and Beverage Sales Manager...

Your Duties and Responsibilities as a Food and Beverage Sales Manager include:- Ensure that the Company`s food and beverage sales targets are achieved.- Maintain continued growth in key performance areas such as food and drink spends per head and gross profit margins.- Maintain a regular dialogue with Customers, soliciting feedback via ongoing surveys, focus groups and mystery shopper reports.- Continually evolve food and bar menus to keep pace with current trends and customer expectations.- To work closely with supplier partners to design and implement successful Bar and Diner promotions, securing significant levels of partner funding in return for brand exposure.- Ensure quality POS materials for current promotions are available for all centres- Make recommendations for changes to pricing, taking supplier and government actions into consideration.- Ensure that all areas of service provision are continually reviewed and developed, thereby exceeding customer expectations.- Work closely with Regional Support Managers to address any specific sales requirements at centre
My Client is looking for a Food and Beverage Sales Manager who will have the following requirements:- A high level of commercial-awareness with relevant experience in the leisure or hospitality industry- A genuine passion for market-leading food quality and excellent service standards- Strong food and drinks partner relationships with a track record of adding-value through joint promotions- Appreciation of sophistication required to service a diverse audience of bowling Customers and an enthusiasm for exceeding expectations at every level- Understanding of reporting systems required to track effectiveness of individual promotions at local and national levels- Works under own initiative, motivated by innovation and meeting challenging objectives- Strong team ethics and proactive leadership approach- Confident managing the performance of others- Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills- Willingness to travel nationwide

£40000 - £45000 50% bonus package
