Working within Marketing Recruitment is a lucrative area as there is a potential pool of over 1.75 million people who currently work in marketing in the UK, as most companies require a marketing team/division to increase their profits and market share.

The key to success in this sector is the ability to build strong working relationships with key Line Managers, coupled with the ability to resource and manage candidates effectively and exceed everybody’s expectations in terms of service.

The successful Candidates will be sales and service recruitment professional with a proven track record of success with at least 12-18 months experience ideally within Marketing or Sales Recruitment (although other sectors would be considered if strong billings are able to be shown). Full training and support will be provided to the successful Candidates, and this will be tailored to suit the individual - as to will be a structured career path

The current team based in Guildford work in superb offices, are very driven and enthusiastic with a high level of energy and it is essential that the successful Candidate possesses a 'work hard - play hard’ attitude.

The role offers an excellent basic salary up to £24K (possibly more if you can bring additional value to the table), plus superb bonus structure and company benefits as well as the opportunity for internal promotion.
