Store Manager Covent Garden...

The role of a Store Manager in Covent Garden will consist of managing a high turnover in a challenging but engaging environment. You will act as a brand ambassador within this prestigious business and will be responsible for the day-to-day operation with profit and loss accountability.You will be driving sales and achieving targets through a focused approach alongside developing staff and delivering exceptional customer service. Working within a passionate and progressive culture, you will also be required to establish strong internal and external relationships with the ability to confidently converse at a senior level across all disciplines within the business.Swarovski is a world class, heritage brand, thus you will need to be flexible in your approach to working hours, as the operation trades up to 12 hours per day.
A passionate, luxury experience retailer, who has a key understanding of good customer service, delivering key operations and who can implement structure. Brand fit is essential and working in a mid market-luxury fashion, jewellery or beauty sector is preferable.

£27,000 - £28,500 30% bonus, pension and 60% discount
