Deputy Manager...

It will be your responsibility to oversee all aspects of the running of the store. This includes pushing sales in order to maximise profits, training and developing staff in order to ensure performance and customer service levels are exceeded at all times. It is the managers responsibility to drive sales from the front - leading by example at all times. You will be responsible for ensuring KPI`s are met, your store performance will be measured no this and achieving targets. A continuing expansion plan means that as well as personal development, career progression is a real focus for this organisation.
The successful candidate must possess the following:- A proven track record in driving sales- Previous experience of store management or be a strong assistant manager- A passion for delivering first class customer service at all times- A strong leader and motivator with a ``can do`` attitude who will lead from the front
In the storage market my client is a market leader. They have continued to increase their retail presence at a considerable rate allowing them to set the trends in this sector rather than just follow.
A basic salary of£20,000 to £24,000 as well as an excellent bonus and benefits package make this a highly desirable role
