We’re seeking a smart and savvy Client Manager that will be responsible for managing medium to large nonprofit and corporate clients, optimizing their sponsored campaign strategy, and providing best practices for ongoing cultivation and digital engagement. We are looking for a natural multi-tasker who can pay close attention to detail, and seamlessly switch between daily tasks and long-term projects without missing a beat. As a member of the Client Services Team, the Client Manager will be based in Washington, DC, and will report to the Lead Client Manager in DC.
The Client Services team is a group of individuals who care about ensuring our clients’ success and providing value to every single organization we work with. We geek out on A/B tests, speak ROI fluently, and chat about multi-channel fundraising tactics at the watercooler. Work closely with a highly-skilled, international business development team to reach company revenue goals.
Manage technology needed to track client sponsored campaign progress.
Manage clients on your own.
Put your creative brain to work devising new and exciting ways we can serve our clients.
Collaborate with a wide array of Change.org staff -– from grassroots campaigners to software engineers -– to exceed each client’s expectations.
Work in an agile, fast-paced work environment.

Rub elbows with leading NGOs from around the world that are building movements online. And here are the skills & experience we hope you have:
Great online advocacy and fundraising chops after working at a consulting firm, social good business, or large nonprofit.
You’ve managed list growth strategy or email acquisition through paid online sources on behalf of a nonprofit or social good business.
Knowledge of industry best practices, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience working with large data sets and enjoy reporting out key learnings and insights to share with clients.
Meticulous attention to client-facing details and great customer service instincts.
You thrive in a fast-growing, start-up culture while balancing several tasks at once.
Take the lead on key, long-term projects and reports while providing efficient and exceptional client service on a daily basis.
Take constructive feedback and also be a teacher when needed.
