Position Responsibilities You will manage internal and external recruitment assignments across Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Hong Kong and Australia New Zealand from individual contributor to manager/director levels positions for IT Define job and candidate profiles and write job advertisements aligned with CWT’s employer brand to attract the best candidates Define and implement the best candidate sourcing strategies and plans via internal and external recruitment channels, social media, including candidate direct searches Define the candidate selection process and behavior-based interview guides related to each position in order to assess the best applications Manage third parties involved in the process in order to get the best results Assess and select candidates to present comprehensive shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Follow up and coordinate the recruitment assignments until the final decision is made adopting a consultative approach and giving insights to the managers Report in a relevant and insightful manner on ongoing assignments, and market trends and follow up our recruitment KPIs ensuring their quality and accuracy You will contribute to our talent acquisition policy, process deployment and improvement Partner with hiring managers to fulfill their needs including the definition and implementation of the recruitment plan in a timely and consultative approach Assist managers in developing pipelines of qualified candidates for their current and future needs Promote and enhance our employer brand in the region building relationships with schools, developing our presence on social networks, communicating with prospective candidates Internal mobility management : employee HR follow up, career development advice Train and assist managers on the recruitment management system (RMS) and on the recruitment principles, facilitate the change management Collaborate with country HR teams and hiring managers to improve our process, identifying and deploying best practices
