Franchise Development Manager - iMobile - Syosset, NY

Gong Cha is a fast growing tea brand with more than 650 stores across Asia (Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, Philippines, Macau, and Thailand) and Australia. We are looking to expand our territory and are seeking a Franchise Development Manager to work in or through our corporate office in Syosset, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development and execution of franchise sales strategy.

• Develop and execute marketing strategy for franchise sales.

• Develop and oversee online franchise advertising presence.

• Assist in design & content of company franchise website.

• Coordinate all open house, trade show, & franchising functions.

• Develop and execute franchise internet marketing strategies.

• Produce new leads through other innovative methods.

• Produce & distribute key indicator reporting for management.

• Follow up on and qualify all leads.

• Prepare and execute all franchise documentation.

• Assist in updating and accuracy of FDD.

• Verify and evaluate new franchisee applications to ensure necessary applications.

• Coordinate all franchise partner visits.

• Attend periodic meetings & store openings.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required, 2 years in franchise sales; General understanding of franchise law and standard FDD reporting requirements; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Analytical and leadership skills; computer skills must include Microsoft Office, Online CRM systems, franchise key indicator reporting. This role requires traveling to out of state markets that include MA, NY, NJ and TX. Certified Franchise Executive a plus.
