Premium Technology Inc (Premium) is a software/product development and information technology consulting company based in New York City, USA. We are currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst to work onsite at one of our client banks in Jakarta, Indonesia. Candidates must speak fluent English and Indonesian (Bahasa)

- This position will require you to work onsite at our banking client’s location in the center of Jakarta city. Will this be a commutable distance for you?
- What is your current Total Compensation (Base salary? Any applicable bonus? Health Insurance? Vacation days?) ? What is your expected/desired compensation?
Responsibilities:
Installation and configuration of system and software.
Perform deployment and migration.
Performance tuning and optimization of application server.
Owning issue resolution and drive them to completion
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Graduate degree in a technical field of study (i..e Engineering, Information systems, Computer Science, etc).
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer facing, Production Support role. (Preferably dealing with Fortune 5000 companies)
Experience with Software Installation, Configuration, Deployment and Performance Tuning
Prior experience with/exposure to/knowledge of Banking systems highly preferred.
Prior experience with/exposure to/knowledge of Trade Finance/Supply Chain Finance highly preferred
Demonstrated strong written, oral and presentation skills in English and Indonesian (Bahasa)with the ability to discuss highly technical concepts to all audiences, ranging from non-technical people to executive level technical decision-makers.
