Director, Direct Demand APAC - Fidelis Secure Care - United States





Job responsibilities:
Identify key decision makers within prospected targets

Effectively communicate the Smaato’s value proposition

Lead & develop existing Direct Demand team to develop, present, covert revenue initiatives

Pro-actively contacts new and existing clients and agencies, propose and secure Mobile Advertising campaigns

Acts as primary point-of-contact for the client during advertising campaigns

Manage & supervise day-to-day Direct Demand management and working closely with the ad-operations team for optimization of client campaigns

Ability to upsells client on future and larger advertising opportunities with Smaato

Lead and develop vast knowledge of client’s business, competition, and latest industry news and trends

Work on Direct Demand Development strategies

And any other duties assigned by your line manager Qualifications

Requirements

At least 5 years Regional experience in a digital/web/mobile advertising/media/ telco industry, with solid understanding of advertising terminologies and pricing structures

Strong understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and Supply-Side Platform (SSP) business with emphasis on Publisher supply acquisition.

At least 2 years in a leadership position.

Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.

Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally (inc Indonesia, India, Viet Nam and China)

Regional New Business Development experience.

Strong executive presence and communications skills

Startup experience

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
