Here’s what you’ll do as part of our team:

be part of a small, close-knit team

work at the bleeding edge of frontend development (isomorphic Javascript framework on Node using Rails APIs)

develop in a Mac OS X environment

work in an agile environment (TDD, pairing, short release cycles)

work closely with our designers to implement their interaction designs in code, in a fast-feedback, iterative fashion

contribute to our bottom line through rigorous analytics and A/B testing

proactively refactor the codebase to improve its quality and performance

use your skills to make the world better And here are the skills & experience we hope you have:

deep experience of frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, templating systems, Node.js, Backbone) in the context of a large consumer-facing web sites

write test-driven JavaScript using industry-standard tools and frameworks

rewritten code to help yourself sleep better at night

ability to navigate and grok an existing, large code base

proficiency with Git and Unix command line

The position is located in San Francisco.
