The Head of Global Total Rewards will steer the compensation and benefit programs to ensure a competitive edge to recruit and retain top talent. This hands-on individual will report to the Head of HR and be responsible for planning, development and implementation of new and enhanced compensation and benefit programs, including roll out, training and communication to the worldwide organization.


Here’s what you’ll do as part of our team:
Design and manage the global total rewards strategy and programs that support it (merit, equity, benefits, variable). Partner with the HR team, leadership, and comp committee to educate on how it works and their role in supporting it


Ensure that compensation plan design meets the best interest of the organization


Manage the company’s cyclical and off-cycle pay practices, systems, and processes


Partner with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers to vet in-flight offer details to ensure fairness and competitiveness within range for the function. Partner with the HR Managers and leadership to address off-cycle comp issues


Analyze our international benefits offerings and rollout improvements globally, ensuring fairness and competitiveness in region.


Manage benefits broker relationship and other provider relationships. Participate in designing and administering all company benefits programs including renewals, open enrollment, and amendments to plans. Manage benefits compliance and reporting tasks with internal or external parties.


Design and manage our relocation / immigration program and leave of absence practices.


Develop the company pay structures and grade system and apply compensation survey intelligence, analyzing competitive market data and developing recommendations for adjustments as appropriate


Provide compensation expertise to client groups, recommending corrective actions to resolve compensation-related issues. Partner with Finance on budget planning and impact. Support the Sales organization in the ongoing evolution of their variable bonus plans


Manage job classification decisions with the General Counsel and HR Managers


Support roll-out and management of the company equity program


And here are the skills & experience you have:
Preference for 5-10 years of global compensation experience including direct experience in rolling out ranges, benefit plans and (ideally) equity programs


Collaborative, creative, and flexible work style. You embrace openness, offer solutions, and think big!


“Can do” roll up your sleeves style. You demand excellence and infect others with this thinking!


Highly analytical with mathematical aptitude and problem solving skills


Experience working with benefit brokers and administering competitive benefit packages


Experience in a high-tech business environment is a plus


CCP designation is a plus


Both domestic and international compensation experience preferred


Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing


Strong interpersonal and customer service skills in dealing with top management (up to the board level) and all variations of client groups (including cross-functional teams, i.e. Finance, Sales, etc.)


Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and discretion at all times


The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
