Our vision is ambitious. We aim to reach the next billion customers with new and innovative technology specifically designed to unlock the potential in emerging markets. We are looking for an extraordinary salesperson who can build and lead our sales team.
Endless is seeking an experienced sales lead who is ready to dive into an exciting and challenging environment where the sky is the limit, to drive our big account deals. You will manage and build our core sales team and collaborate closely with our leadership, product, and marketing teams to understand our vision and then sell it to enterprise companies to bring our product to consumers in emerging markets at scale. The ideal candidate for this role knows the computer industry inside and out, with deep knowledge of the key players and deal flow. You have an active network in the industry and you are motivated by building and nurturing long-lasting relationships. Over 10 years of success in managing sales teams in a growing global company and a successful track record of closing deals through consultative selling are a must.
Primary Responsibilities
Use your experience and network to develop our enterprise sales strategy, working together with our head of growth to align priorities with the rest of the global sales team
Balance strategy with implementation by identifying our best opportunities, prioritizing those, and then operationalizing your plan
Use your entrepreneurial drive to identify new areas of business development and potential sales opportunities
Aggressively chase deals from start to finish and deliver against individual sales goals
Successfully build relationships with large enterprises and negotiate pricing and business terms with large enterprises through strategic sales tactics
Pursue multiple deals at the same time over a long sales cycle, resiliently pursuing each through to close
Deliver creative partnership deals that expand the utilization and reach of our product and services
Manage our core sales team, focused on Latin America expansion and deals
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of enterprise sales experience; candidates with 15+ years strongly preferred
Deep understanding of the computer industry with a proven network within it
Proven track record of excelling in sales being at the top 10% year on year
Brings extensive network of government, foundation, and large corporation contacts in the computer and software industry in US working with emerging countries
Experience working in a startup environment and has helped grow a company
Comfort working in a fast-moving ambiguous environment with teams and partners in different countries and time zones
Proven track record working in an international setting, preferably in Latin America
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships both inside and outside of Endless
Passion for making an impact in the developing world
