Senior Graphic Designer - Endless - San Francisco, CA

You are a passionate visual storyteller who can bring new ideas to life and communicate them to a diverse audience. You have strong opinions, confidence, and an open mind that can exist within a team of equally opinionated and passionate people.

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to play a key role in establishing our brand standards and drive its expression both online and in print. You will own the evolution of our website, define and execute digital campaigns, and create marketing and sales collateral. You will report to our VP of Design, and work closely with our Head of Marketing and Head of Sales. Your job is to shape the visual voice of our brand in a way that connects to our target audience and helps them understand our product offering to drive sales.

The ideal candidate has formal training in graphic design and is well versed with brand systems with at least seven years experience developing creative for online and print applications. As part of a growing and global company where good design is critical in effective marketing campaigns, experience with marketing and communications in emerging markets is strongly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities


Conceptualize, drive, and execute ad campaigns across digital and offline media to support product and launch events that effectively create awareness and interest in Endless’ offerings

Work closely with peers across all departments to solidify the Endless brand voice and expression into standards across print and web

Own major and minor updates to Endless’ corporate website, as well as the design and delivery of other online assets for partner sites, marketing banners, display ads, social media and other native platforms

Develop a cohesive system with templates and on-brand standards for a range of marketing collateral including posters, infographics, case studies, white papers for use by sales, business partners and PR

Own pre- and post-flight printing process, managing all the technical details to ensure quality and integrity of work outputs

Help execute day-to-day design requests such as photo edits/resizes and iconography

Identify design errors and make the necessary adjustments and/fixes prior to production

Assist with developing design templates and color standards to ensure all designs are within branding guidelines

Experience and passion for developing print packaging is a major plus

Qualifications


6+ years experience in graphic design

Experience evolving and extending brand systems

Has led creative direction and execution of marketing programs across with multiple consumer touch points independently or with support of other designers

Demonstrated work examples of effective campaigns combining visual and editorial voice

Strong attention to detail with an obsessive drive to get the message and presentation “just right” for our audience

Design and execution for global brands a major bonus (sensitive to how different sets of cultural nuances and norms affect design considerations)

Problem solver with strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously

Ability to work in a high velocity startup environment

HTML/CSS Experience (nice to have)

Print experience
