APAC Manager- ProCast - ITT Asia Pacific - China, ME

Effectively manage the overall ProCast APAC business providing planning, organizing, directing, and execution of activities to support the ProCast business.

Manage and support the functions of customer service, engineering, purchasing, operations, foundry processing, quality assurance and shipping/receiving.


Assist with developing processes for new ProCast products into systems, and coordinating with sales and laser scanning on new opportunities .


Up to 30% travel in the APAC & EMA regions


Suitable to work in China, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Dubai, Kuwait


Skills and Experience


Experience


:


·


5-7 years


experience with pump parts manufacturing process,


knowledge of casting procedures, machining


processes and


engineering drawings.


·


3-5 years management experience in a manufacturing environment with a team of 4-7 people


including engineering, foundry, cust service, purchasing and machining operations


·


2-4 years


experience working with engineering drawings and technical specifications for pump related components


·


Excellent PC skills; proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, and Access)


·


Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills


·


Ability to deal with all levels of the organization


·


Effective managerial skills

Analytical thinker with problem solving skills
