CHIEF OF HUMAN RESOURCES

KKI is a social business that empowers poor women so that they and their family can achieve sustainable prosperity. Established in 2011, it is now has >7,500 active beneficiaries and is led by young people who left companies such as McKinsey & Co., Unilever and Standard Chartered.
In 2014, it was awarded the prestigious E&Y Indonesia Social Entrepreneur of The Year 2014. It has also been visited by institutions such as Harvard Business School, Wharton, and >40 medias. It aims to help millions of poor across Indonesia.

Chief of Human Resources at KKI
KKI empowers poor people through people (the team). KKI wants to be a home where its people can grow to be their best. To do this, we need a champion to lead our HR function, as Chief of Human Resources. Are you the HR person who will make a better life for millions of the poor?

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure KKI recruit the right people and develop them to their fullest potential by:
 With Leadership Team become the example for team and develop strategic policies;
 Build HR Division from A-Z, covering all sub-functions, with key stressing on people development, recruitment & culture building; Also handles GA function;
 Lead HR Team and lead execution of all HR Division’s works, supported by HR Staff and Training Manager.

QUALIFICATION
 Have very strong calling; willing to leave your current comfort position to work in slum area for the poor with potentially 50-80% salary reduction
 Passionate about HR function, with minimum 4 years of experience and have exposure to all HR sub-functions
 A solid A-player; Have strong drive and very high working standard; Enjoys developing yourself through challenges
 Any major; any university
 Maximum age: 30

COMPENSATIONS
 Salary: 13-15 million IDR, depending on qualification; Expect yearly increase
 Note: We are looking to build team for long-term, not for 1-3 years only.
 Benefits: Complete BPJS; Additional insurance in 2016; Joint housing (optional); Learning activities, e.g., visit to other institutions, meet-up with CEOs.
 Contract: 3 months, then permanent employee.
