The Global HR Business Systems Analyst will help articulate business ideas, suggestions and problem resolution within Human Resources.
- Is an experienced professional in the human resources function.
- Uses HR professional processes and understands company objectives to resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Will help orchestrate Business Process Management for the human resources processes globally.
- In addition demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Essential Duties:
The Global HR Business Systems Analyst establishes and maintains Human resources process. This includes:
- Provides subject matter expertise on global human resource applications and processes
- Manages working relationship with human resources Super Users for each one of their respective global processes
- Participates in process design and the related system design/ requirements.
- Performs baseline testing on applications and develops test script libraries
- Participates in vendor case management – submitting tickets and testing resolutions.
- Works with Super Users to address break fix situation including troubleshooting and vendor escalation.
- Supports the business through the quarterly release/ annual cycle run and maintain workload for current applications.
- Provides SME support on projects as needed; may potentially fulfill project roles as needed.
- Administer the governance compliance through report creation and execution.
- Supports HR Global Business Process Owner in recommending solutions.
- Identifies gaps in existing functionality and solves complex problems.
- Works with the Global Business Process Organization develop business cases and support the prioritization process.
- Initiate adjustments to data policies and procedures as necessary to improve key performance indicators.
- Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

Working Conditions:
- The position is located in the corporate office and required to be on call.
- Flexible hours to accommodate Global meeting times.
- Willingness to put in extra hours as projects and priorities dictate.
- May be required travel domestic and international in the performance of duties.
Qualifications
Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT or related field.
- Knowledge of human resources processes as well as knowledge of end-to-end application development process
- Expertise in the use of the SAP modules, methods and procedures is preferred.
- Strong PC skills using MS office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Visio.
Experience: 4-6 years’ experience.
- Experience working in teams with technology implementation and business professionals with in a region.
- Experience with SAP implementations or experience with SAP solution manager and Business Process management would be preferred.
- Experience with cloud HR implementations would be preferred.
- Display the ability to build understanding and develop processes.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong ability to identify and analyze organizational needs.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills are required.
- Strong customer focus and customer management skills
- Influencing skills is recommended and ability to engage management.
- Strong inter-personal relationship skills
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
