Business Excellence Executive

The Company:
a Chemical Manufacture Company is seeking a Business Excellence Executive

The Role:
Manages ISO system on the site (9001)
Work with the site manager to achieve ISO 14001 and SMK3/OHSAS18001.
Acts as management representative of ISO system for the site.
Manages internal audits and specific quality audits
Conduct internal training for ISO system for new associate and conduct refresher training
Act as document control for site ISO system.
Manages and coordinates reporting to site manager
Leads and facilitates business excellence program such as Six Sigma and LEAN program.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Chemistry or equivalent.

Job Competencies Good analytical thinking and problem solving
Good communication skill, presentation skill
Fluently in English
Computer literate in excel and matlab
Minimum trained in six sigma green belt by external consultant IRCA certified for ISO9001 system
Experience in LEAN implementation Experience in various fields specifically quality control.
