Sales & Marketing Manager
Catalyze is a communications agency with the mission to inspire and influence people for the greener good. We do this by empowering non-profits and businesses to protect nature through Memorable, Usable and Measurable communications, which has earned us the trust of environmental NGOs and development agencies globally.
Honestly, these days we are a little overwhelmed (and elated!) by the growing flow of exciting opportunities that are coming our way. To transform these opportunities into projects that deliver maximum value to our clients and the environment, we are looking for a rare individual: a seasoned Sales & Marketing Manager with international experience, a top-notch command of communications and marketing–and most essentially–a solid understanding of current sustainability issues.
Commitment: Part- or full-time
Location: Airy rooftop office in Bali with volcano view, 100m from the beach. Or your home. Or both. Occasional travel required.
What you will be expected to do
1. Engage with current and potential clients to explore and understand their needs
2. Develop project proposals and budgets in collaboration with Catalyze senior team members, systematically applying our Memorable, Usable and Measurable principles
3. Identify new project opportunities globally in collaboration with senior management
4. Assess the performance of completed projects against initial goals and budgets, making recommendations for improvements when needed
5. Build a Marketing Strategy and implement it in collaboration with the Managing Director and other relevant staff
Your experience
1. At least 5 years of experience in both sales and marketing related duties in the communications & marketing industry, including in senior positions
2. Ideally, some hands-on experience with sustainability projects
Your skills and aptitudes
1. High energy individual with an absolute commitment to the Catalyze brand
2. A creative problem-solver
3. Excellent command of spoken and written English
4. Outstanding interpersonal skills
5. Good organizational and planning skills
