Country Industrial Process Automation Leader

The Company:
an Automation Company is seeking a Country Industrial Process Automation Leader

The Role:
• Responsible for formulating and executing go-to-market strategic sales plan to meet the assigned orders target.
• Develop and coach the local sales team in building quality pipelines and strategizing sales pursuits.
• Review analysis of sales volumes, pipeline potential and develop solutions /strategies to drive growth as well as address future needs relative to sales, support, manpower and training.
• Responsible for the development and execution of sound business strategies to meet assigned business objectives.
• Deliver annual financial targets.
• Maintain strong relations with the leadership teams to ensure best practices are leveraged across the region.
• Promote business relationship with customers and partners.
• Provide effective country leadership and develop a high performing team.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• At least 8 years of solid P&L leadership experience in sales management / country management.
• Proven track record in formulating and executing strategic sales/business growth plan in Indonesia.
• Ability to establish and maintain CXO level relationship
• Ability to manage a team of about 40-60 staff across functions.
• A change agent with excellent people management experience and effective communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and market awareness of the industrial automation market in Indonesia.
