Recruiting Coordinator job - Change.org - United States
We’re also an innovative business – a “social enterprise” and a certified B Corporation, with a business model designed to support positive social impact (more about B Corps: www.bcorporation.net).
Over 100 million people have signed petitions, and our users win nearly one victory per hour, including strengthening hate crime legislation in South Africa; fighting corruption in Indonesia, Italy, and Brazil; ending the ban on gay Boy Scouts in the United States, and big wins for women’s rights in India. And we’re just getting started. Here’s a small snapshot of why some of the 100 million people have signed Change.org petitions: youtu.be/UcT1rgZDko4
We love serving our incredible users, and we love our staff too. We show it with very competitive salaries, five weeks of vacation, robust maternity and parental leave, an amazing culture, free language training (if you want it), and a high impact, low-ego team that can’t wait to learn from you and teach you what they know.
What’s going through the mind of the candidate who is interviewing with a handful of companies but has an extraordinarily smooth, seamless, and enjoyable experience that stands out in a massive way? We’re not sure exactly, but it will matter less when that individual has trouble putting their finger on exactly what made it such an easy choice to come work with the rest of the great people at Change.org above all other opportunities.
As a Recruiting Coordinator within the People Operations team at Change.org, you’re the person both front and center as well as behind the scenes when it comes to ensuring a masterpiece creation of a candidate experience. But you’re also responsible for the most intricate details of the inner workings of the team that literally keeps the wheels in motion and running at optimal efficiency.
Are you up to the challenge? Yes you are. Oh, and did we mention that, as cliche as it may sound given that it seems like every other company is claiming something similar these days, Change.org literally is changing the world… and you can be a part of helping to make that happen?

Manage our applicant tracking system (ATS) by entering new candidates, editing existing ones and running reports to track progress and identify processes that can be improved.
Respond quickly and effectively to urgent tasks, which you’ll constantly need to prioritize.
Strategize with fellow coordinators to improve and streamline the process.
Leverage your energy, personality, and creativity to ensure each candidate has a unique and enjoyable experience interacting with Change.org.
