Findasense is seeking undergrad students knowledgeable and eager to help us create a new platform that transforms the way big companies do marketing and consumer research nowadays.

We are seeking an A-team member with great coding skills who can thrive in a startup environment. You should be an organized problem-solver and team player with global sensibilities and the ability to multitask, self manage, and think creatively. You will support internal teams through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication and be a resource to a multidisciplinary growing team.

A deep interest in innovative technologies, sustainability, and a positive attitude are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.
  


• Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track progress and results.
  


• Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
  


• Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
  

Requirements
We are searching for:

• Proven proficiency on code writing and development.
  


• Proven knowledge on mathematics matters, specially statistics, ensemble theory, and data mining.
  


• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  


• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  


• Discretion and confidentiality.
  


• Spanish speaking would be primarily fantastic, but any other language is also a plus.
  

ATTITUDE

• You have great people skills and make colleagues and counterparts feel welcome in all your communications.
