Background

The Regional Economic Empowerment team’s purpose is to be a high quality knowledge group leading internally and externally to maximise Oxfam’s impact on rights to sustainable livelihoods, women leadership and engaging with the private sector at national, regional and global levels in association with Oxfam teams and partners globally.

To help on knowledge management, information sharing, and influencing, the team is looking for a Communications and Learning Support Officer. The said staff will work with the Economic Empowerment Team, Country Teams and related Global Communications Teams to create communication materials and launch learning initiatives to realise the vision of Oxfam to work with others to overcome poverty and suffering

What we’re looking for:

• Substantial experience in doing communications work


• Substantial experience in learning support


• Exemplary communication skills and interpersonal skills


• Initiative to work with minimal supervision


• Fluency in written and verbal English communication


• Familiarity with various communication platforms and tools


• Excellent computing skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in graphic design


• Familiarity with regional trends and in-country contexts in the ASEAN

This is a national hired post, we will be unable to obtain visa and work permit for a non-national.
