SENIOR TECHNICAL ARCHITECT - HCL Technologies - North Carolina

Engages engineering support teams, including Network, Telecom, as required. Manages the team that maintains the health and availability of the enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless, VoIP networks, servers, and load balancers technologies.

• Oversees delivery of services, including the provisioning of cellular, data, and voice services and responsible for telecom expense management.


• Manages provisioning and engineering of telecom services, including voice, data, and cellular.


• Collaborates with internal technical teams to resolve off hour notification of outages and escalation paging issues.


• Collaborates on new network projects such as equipment refreshes, hardware upgrades, and software life-cycle management.


• Develops and mentors staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; builds and maintains employee morale and motivation; ensures the team is appropriately staffed with required competencie (1.) To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements (2.) To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology (3.) To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (4.)
